FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for investigating physical properties of rock core samples in laboratory conditions and can be used in geology, mining and oil and gas industry. Core sample holder comprises a vertically mounted metal pipe with a core sample placed in it, upper and lower plungers arranged along the ends of the pipe with compaction mechanisms and pressed to the core sample, wherein in the upper plunger there is a through axial channel for supply of the gaseous working agent, and in the lower plunger there is a through axial channel for supply or discharge of the liquid or gaseous working agent, besides, upper part of pipe is equipped with at least three discharge nozzles for supply of screening liquid, horizontal axes of which lie in plane parallel to ends of pipe, and angles between axes of adjacent injection nozzles are equal to each other, middle part of pipe is equipped with at least three unions for screening fluid or working agent selection, which horizontal axes lie in plane parallel to pipe ends, and angles between axes of adjacent nozzles for screening fluid or working agent selection are equal to each other, lower part of pipe is equipped with one additional horizontal union intended for removal or supply of liquid or gaseous working agent, wherein shutoff valves are installed on all supply and discharge lines of both working fluid and screening fluid.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the core sample holder, enabling simulation of simultaneously gas-saturated and oil-saturated parts of the formation.
