FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for producing diesel fuels with improved low-temperature properties and a reduced sulfur content, including preheating of diesel fuel and depressant additives, the introduction of additives into diesel fuel before its injection under the action of centrifugal forces in the vortex apparatus, and after its injection under the action of centrifugal forces in a vortex apparatus, an additional introduction to the mixture of fuel with depressant additives of kerosene, while as a vortex apparatus using a passive hydrodynamic disperser with the value of the Reynolds number in the operating mode of cavitation Re≥100,000, instead of depressants and kerosene, process water activated in a passive hydrodynamic disperser is used; initial diesel fuel is heated to a temperature t=+(20÷40) °C and mixed with activated water in a ratio of from 99:1 to 90:10, resulting mixture of diesel fuel with activated water is heated to a temperature t=+(20÷40) °C and defend in an intermediate tank, and the precipitated water is returned to the tank of technical water for use in the next cycle of processing diesel fuel, and a mixture of diesel fuel with residual activated water is fed into a passive hydrodynamic dispersant to initiate the process of precipitation of paraffins and sulfur compounds contained in diesel fuel, sequentially processed diesel fuel is separated from the precipitated sediment in the separator and from the highly dispersed paraffin in the fine filter. Device for producing diesel fuels with improved low-temperature properties and reduced sulfur content is also disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the cloud point, the maximum filterability temperature and the pour point, as well as improving the environmental properties of diesel fuels by reducing the content of sulfur and its compounds.
