FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, and can be used in die forging sheets to control local forces by preset algorithm. Differentiated clamping device is installed in dies to ensure control of metal flow and movement from periphery to deformation zone by means of local forces control during shaping of billet. Differentiated clamping device is made of sectors fixed on the plate, and each clamping sector is equipped with a hydraulic force transfer device according to the specified algorithm.
EFFECT: as a result, higher technological capabilities of sheet forming process and accuracy of manufactured parts.
