SUBSTANCE: as per the first version, a die is installed on a double-acting press. With that, pneumatic releasers with pistons and rods, which are located in a pressure plate along the perimeter opposite the end part of a semi-finished product, have a possibility of being retracted out of the pressure plate for the disconnection of the end part of the semi-finished product from the pressure plate at the beginning of the upward movement of the pressure plate. As per the second version, the die is installed on a single-acting press or an automatic multiple-point press, and pneumatic releasers with pistons and rods, which are located in the pressure plate along the perimeter opposite the end part of the semi-finished product, have a possibility of being retracted out of the pressure plate for the disconnection of the end part of the semi-finished product from the pressure plate at the beginning of the upward movement of the pressure plate.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy and quality of the front surface of drawn parts; improving their stiffness and load-carrying capacity.
