SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an intermediate film for multilayer glass and a method for production thereof, as well as to multilayer glass obtained using said film. Film is obtained by mixing a first film material containing a first polyvinyl acetal resin with a second film material containing a second polyvinyl acetal resin and an organic ester plasticiser. Absolute value of difference between concentration of hydroxyl groups in first polyvinylacetal resin and concentration of hydroxyl groups in second polyvinyl acetal resin contained together with organic ester plasticizer in second film material is less than or equal to 13 mol.  %. Also, the concentration of the second polyvinyl acetal resin contained in the intermediate film is greater than or equal to 0.1 wt. % and less than or equal to 10 wt. % of 100 wt. % of the total amount of the first polyvinyl acetal resin and the second polyvinyl acetal resin contained in the intermediate film.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an intermediate film for multilayer glass, when using which can increase transparency.
