FIELD: space equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fastening element used in the aerospace or similar industry and dissipating electrical energy, and aims to ensure balance while respecting both structural and electrical constraints. Fastener comprises a head, a cylindrical rod and a cover. Cylindrical rod extends from the head and has a size that provides an interference with the corresponding hole. Cylindrical rod has a surface and diameter. Coating is applied to the fastener in an uneven intermittent manner, thereby forming irregular open and coating-free areas on the rod surface, as well as with the formation on the surface of the rod irregular plots covered with a coating, as a result of which the coating increases the diameter of the rod and forms peaks on the surface of the rod. Coating has a higher sliding ability than the surface of the rod, so that the irregular coated surfaces of the surface of the rod have a higher sliding ability, than irregular open and free from the coating surface areas of the rod.
EFFECT: coating has a higher breakdown voltage of the dielectric than the surface of the rod, so that the charge is dissipated through irregular open and free from the coating surface areas of the rod before the breakdown voltage of the coating dielectric is achieved for irregular coated surfaces of the rod.
