FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and can be used for individual hygienic and therapeutic prevention of hyposyalya and gingivitis in patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Method involves using a solution of Saki lake bittern in dilution 1:5, which is prescribed in the form of rinses with holding the solution in the oral cavity for 1–3 minutes, in the morning and in the evening after dental brushing – for 7–10 days.
EFFECT: method enables improving the hygienic state of the oral cavity, reducing manifestations of hyposalivation and inflammatory processes of the mouth, normalizing the local immunity indices in the patients suffering juvenile rheumatoid arthritis by using the solution of the brine of Lake Saki.
