If the value of the indicator is more than 5, a slight risk of caries and gingivitis progression is determined. If the value of the ratio of ACTH/cortisol is 5 to 3, the slight risk of caries progression and the probable risk of progression of gingivitis are determined. If the value of the indicator is 3 to 2, the risk of progression of caries and gingivitis is determined as probable. If the value of the ratio of ACTH/cortisol is less than 2, a high risk of progression of caries and gingivitis is determined.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the information value and accuracy of determining the risk of progression of caries and gingivitis in children and adolescents by assessing the most significant indicators.
