SUBSTANCE: sampling device (10) for a liquid container, in particular for connection to an outlet pipe or an outlet of a reservoir for storage and transportation of liquids comprises housing (11) of the device, in which valve body is arranged, which is installed with possibility of rotation by means of handle (12) around valve axis for opening and closing passage section of outlet pipe (13), wherein the handle is equipped with a handle stop, and the dome-shaped part of the housing is equipped with the housing support, which for locking the locking position are made with possibility of fixation in a certain position relative to each other by means of fixing device (16), wherein fixing device (16) comprises thrust stopper (17), which is made with possibility of translational movement in direction of valve axis between locking position and protraction position.
