FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas and chemical industry, specifically to apparatus and methods of purifying from H2S and CO2 natural, associated, refinery and other industrial high-sulfur hydrocarbon gases under pressure using an aqueous solution of an amine, for example diethanolamine, as an absorbent. Unit for purifying gases from acidic components includes an absorber to which raw gas is supplied for purification, a desorber, from which the formed semi-and fine-recovered amine solutions are fed into the absorber for cleaning incoming raw gas, and the released acid gases are discharged from the unit. Unit also comprises two expansion units, in which there is purification of amine saturated with acidic gases, coming from absorber, at that amine saturated with acid gases from first expander enters first and second heat exchangers, from which is then directed to second expanser. Acid gases released at two weathering stages in the expansers are supplied for mixing with acid gases from the desorber and are discharged from the plant by common flow. Cleaned gas is discharged from absorber top.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of installation, namely achievement of maximum possible values of moving absorption force on height of absorber, especially in its upper part, ensuring high quality of gas cleaning from H2S and CO2.
