Experimental complex for the study of processes of absorption cleaning of process gases from acidic components includes a control unit, analytical unit, connecting pipelines equipped with shutoff and control valves, measuring equipment, sampling valves, laboratory installation comprising a sanitary column equipped with a pump, a first and a second calibrated container, a mixing unit equipped with gas flow regulators, two independent lines of absorbers, each of which includes an absorber equipped with a bubbler and an electric heater, and a pressure regulator, bench installation comprising an absorption column, a desorption column, a first, a second, a third container with an absorbent and a container with an alkali solution, separator, expander, first, second and third heat exchangers, mixing unit, plunger and membrane pumps.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of investigation of processes of absorption cleaning of process gases, as well as expansion of functional capabilities.
