FIELD: test.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, in particular, to turbine testing methods. Method of gas-dynamic tests of small-size turbines includes manufacturing of one or several alternative versions of tested turbine, their alternate installation on test bench, creation of equivalent natural conditions of operation - characteristic pressure by Mach and Reynolds criteria. Besides, air is pumped from closed circuit by means of process compressor and is cooled with the help of heat exchanger. Method also includes measurement of gas-dynamic parameters, processing and analysis of measurement results. Turbines are made by means of additive technologies, and their serviceability is provided by reduction of characteristic temperature of working process. Turbine rotor speed is controlled by control of process compressor by means of controlled drive. Maintenance of thermal mode of turbine operation is provided by control of amount of pumped coolant through heat exchanger. Invention covers also test bench for testing small-sized turbines.

EFFECT: technical result consists in excluding probability of freezing of main lines and, consequently, obtaining more reliable characteristics.
