SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting equipment of shaft. Lifting system for lifting vessel from mine shaft comprises: a pit-mounted rotor installed above the shaft, a hoist connected to the lifting vessel by an elongated flexible lifting element for lifting of the lifting vessel from the mine shaft by winding the lifting element, upper emergency barrier located on top bearing cop, made with possibility of engagement by lifting vessel for prevention of lifting vessel movement upstream emergency barrier in over lifting state, and an upper retarder of the lifting vessel, configured to slow down the movement of the lifting vessel when it approaches the emergency barrier. Lifting system is a part of device for removal of mined material from mine shaft. Upper emergency barrier, upper retarder of lifting vessel and catcher of lifting vessel form protective device.

EFFECT: invention provides higher safety of mine shaft operations.
