SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an ashtray assembly and to a vehicle comprising at least one ashtray assembly. Ashtray assembly contains at least one body block and at least one ashtray. Body unit can be mounted in a vehicle. Ashtray is movable in the body unit similar to the drawer at least between two end positions. Ashtray in closed end position is latched with casing unit by means of at least one engaging unit. Engaging unit is made with possibility of disconnection by means of the ashtray extension in the direction of the open end position.
EFFECT: simplified design of ashtray retainer.
