FIELD: processes automation devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an automated transport and storage system. System includes: control system, at least one storage unit, at least one intermediate conveyor, multi-level forklift, multilevel transmitting device, device of sequence setting. Control system serves to control multiple cargo transfer elements. Multi-level transmitting device may replace the sequence setting device. Storage unit comprises several levels, from which multiple loads can be unloaded or multiple loads can be placed. Intermediate conveyor serves to exit and enter multiple loads from system or into system. Multi-level forklift comprises at least two vertically movable levels. Levels of forklift are arranged one above another. Forklift allows receiving and recoil of multiple loads from the unit or into the storage unit. Transmitting device contains levels located one above another, and serves for reception and return of multiple loads from levels of forklift truck, when levels of forklift truck are leveled with levels of transmitting device. Transmitting device performs a buffer function allowing multiple loads to be stopped before displacement to the forklift truck, as well as to be suspended after the cargoes are unloaded by the outlet forklift truck. Device of sequence setting is equipped with means of vertical movement and allows to transfer in certain order multiple loads between transmitting device and intermediate conveyor. Multi-level transmitting device may replace the sequence setting device.
EFFECT: higher carrying capacity of automated transport and storage system is achieved.
