SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method of treating scar tissue and compositions for removing scar tissue. Method of treating scar tissue involving scar tissue removal involving subcutaneous introduction of an oxidising composition on a water base containing oxidising agents in the form of glycolic acid and lactic acid, with pulse action of the needle; and neutralizing the oxidising composition, comprising treating the skin with a neutralizing water-based composition containing a neutralizing agent in the form of triethanolamine or diethanolamine. Oxidising composition contains oxidising agents, propylene glycol as a penetrating agent, an agent which stabilizes the viscosity of the composition and water in certain amounts. Neutralizing composition contains a neutralizing agent, propylene glycol as a penetrating agent, water in certain amounts.
EFFECT: proposed group of solutions reduces time of removal of scar tissue, reduces injuries, reduces pain, improves rate of healing of treated area.
