FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measuring oil products during tempering from tanks. Measuring system consists of in-series installed on the flow of pump with pipeline (1), filter-gas separator (2), check valve (3), flow meter (4), cutoff valve (5), riser (6), liquid tip (7), gate valves (8), pipeline for removing vapours (9), controller (10), earthing clamps (11), personal computer (12), air (13) valve, gas limit concentration sensor (14), temperature sensor (15), pressure sensor (16). Filling nozzle is made in the form of two telescopic pipes connected by hoisting winches. In addition, the system comprises a handle and a cover with clamps for fixing to the neck, as well as a sensor for limiting gas concentration. Pipeline is made from metal pipes. Electrically-driven pump is located inside the frame.
EFFECT: higher reliability and simplified design.
