SUBSTANCE: system for automatic carload metering and pumping-over of oil products from railway tanks to storage tanks with simultaneous loading and its registration into tank-vehicles relates to means and systems of oil products accounting, intended for measurement of mass and other parameters (volume, density and temperature), and can be used at oil depots and warehouses for storage of other liquids and is provision of railroad metering and pumping of product from railway tank to corresponding reservoir through distribution unit of product, supplying and accounting of product from storage tank to facilities for metering and loading (release) of product into tank-vehicles. System of automatic carload metering and transfer of oil products from railway tanks into storage tanks with simultaneous loading and its account in tank truck, characterized by that it comprises modular units: drainage and modular-type drainage accounting, which include: hinged pipeline with connection device to railway tank, product availability sensor, single-head electric pump, mass meter, check valve, manifold (switch), tank rail earthing monitoring device, electronic control unit, protective frame; modules for pumping and supply of oil product to tanker loading devices, which include the following: inlet check valve, product availability detector, monoblock electric pump, product supply between reservoirs and pump switch, consisting of four valves, product supply switch between the tanker trucks and the electric pump filling installations, the electronic control unit, the protective frame, the inlet valve, the gas separator filter, the check valve, the weight gauge regulating the cutoff valve, filler hose of top filling, filling hose of bottom filling, device for monitoring of grounding of tank truck, device for controlling overflow of product; tanker loading tanks; tank farm; inspection deck for operator access to railway tanks; changeover ramp with safety ring for operator access to tanker hatch.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of wagon record and pumping of the product from the tank truck to the corresponding tank.
