FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the process cartridge, electrophotographic image forming device, into which a process cartridge can be installed with possibility of its replacement, and the electrophotographic photosensitive drum assembly. Claimed group contains variants of process cartridges. Process cartridge comprises: housing, contained in housing developer, photosensitive drum having axis L1, wherein the photosensitive drum is supported in housing with possibility of rotation about axis L1, having axis L1' developing roller, wherein the developing roller is made with possibility of the latent image development formed by the developer on the photosensitive drum, and wherein the developing roller is supported in the housing with possibility of rotation to enable rotation about axis L1', and provided on the photosensitive drum end the drum flange, wherein the drum flange is made with possibility of rotation with photosensitive drum around axis L1, and part of the drum flange is located inside the photosensitive drum, and connecting element having axis L2 and including (i) first end part, at least part of which is located within the drum flange, wherein the first end part is functionally connected to the photosensitive drum and developing roller, (ii) the second end part including (ii-i) surface, recessed in the second end part and facing away from the first end part, and (ii-ii) at least one protrusion extending from the surface adjacent to the recessed surface, and (iii) a connecting part connecting the first end part and the second end part, wherein the connecting element is movable between (i) a first position in which the end point of said at least one protrusion is at a first distance from the photosensitive drum, when measured in the direction of the axis L1, and (ii) the second position in which the said at least one protrusion end point is at the second distance from the photosensitive drum when measured in the L1 axis direction, wherein the first distance is greater than the second distance, and maximum distance of at least part of the connecting part, when measured from the L2 axis, in direction perpendicular to the L2 axis, is less than distance between the said at least one projection and the L2 axis.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creating a process cartridge capable of smoothly rotating the photosensitive drum by installing it in the main unit, not equipped with a mechanism for moving the connecting element on the side of the main unit, in the direction of center line thereof, for transferring the rotational force to the photosensitive drum by opening and closing the main unit cover.
