FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in both stationary and mobile pumping units for injection of various process fluids into well at oil and gas production facilities. Device includes housing with stator installed in it with inlet and outlet openings equipped with check valves, hollow rotor arranged with stator eccentricity inside said stator. Inner space between outer surface of rotor and inner surface of stator is divided into several identical sections by transverse sealing webs perpendicular to longitudinal axis of rotor, which passes through all sections. Each section is equipped with its gate. Gates in each section are installed with angular spacing relative to each other equal to 360°/N, where N is number of sections. Stator surface interacting with the damper is designed so that its cross section is a closed flat curve of the fourth order, the distance between any two points of which located on the straight line passing through the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical hollow rotor is constant value equal to the transverse dimension of the gate. Inner volume of rotor is hydraulically connected to source of pumped liquid and under each transverse partition it is divided by longitudinal diametrical partition wall, which plane is parallel to plane of gate of that section, after which partition is installed. Internal volume of rotor in each section is connected to stator volume by holes made in rotor wall and located on one diameter on both sides of gate and as close as possible to it. Inlet and outlet holes are arranged on both sides of the contact area of the rotor with the stator, besides, the outlet one before the gate approaches its direction to this area, and the output one is located after its passage.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced pressure pulsations of pumped liquid with simultaneous significant reduction of pump weight.
