FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a multicomponent combined drug preparation in the form of effervescent tablets, intended for treating influenza, ARVI, colds. Drug preparation contains active components in the form of paracetamol, ascorbic acid or its salt, calcium salt, rimantadine or its salt, rutoside or its salt and/or hydrate, loratadine in pharmaceutically effective doses, as well as gas-forming system consisting of acidic and alkaline components, and filler, binder, glidant, lubricant, in following ratio of components, wt. %: paracetamol 8.0–40.0, ascorbic acid or salts thereof 2.0–20.0, calcium salt 2.0–20.0, rimantadine or salt thereof 0.8–4.0, rutoside or its salt or hydrate 0.4–2.4, loratadine 0.06–0.4, acid component 6.0–45.0, alkaline component 5.0–40.0, filler 1.2–60.0, lubricant 1.0–5.0, glidant 1.0–5.0, binder 0.01–4.0. Also disclosed is a method of producing said composition.
EFFECT: preparation possess antiviral, interferonogenic, antipyretic, analgesic, antihistaminic and angioprotective action.
