FIELD: astronautics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering. Rudder opening mechanism consists of shaft installed in aircraft body with possibility of rotation, pivotally connected with shaft and aerodynamic surface rigidly fixed in opened position with teeth contacting in opened position, on one side with shaft, on the other side - with latches, and kinematic chain of rudder opening. Kinematic chain is located inside the cut made in the central part of the shaft and consists of rocker, walking beam, piston with rod and shaft. Rocker arm is pivotally connected to the shaft by its one end and to the other one - to two rods hinged to the aerodynamic surface teeth. In the central part of the rocker there is a notch and groove. In rocker outlet there installed is walking beam, one end of which is pivotally connected with shaft, and another one contains axis installed in rocker slot with possibility of longitudinal movement. In the central part of the rocker there is a notch and groove. In the outlet of the rocker there installed is a piston rod having the possibility of longitudinal movement parallel to the axis of rotation of the shaft, containing an axis located in the groove of the walking beam with possibility of longitudinal movement.

EFFECT: invention relates to folding aerodynamic surfaces and mechanisms of their opening.
