FIELD: armaments and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: deployed missile vane comprises vane locked in deployed position and gimbal-mounted on the missile casing, and mechanism of vane deployment with drive. The vane has cover and cover opening gear. The cover contains two pivotally connected and spring-loaded relatively each other parts and tie-rod hingedly connected with one of cover parts. The cover opening gear contains casing pivotally connected with the missile casing, spring-loaded rod installed in the casing with possibility of longitudinal movement, and pivotally connected with the rocker installed on the missile casing with possibility of rotation. The rocker is pivotally connected with the cover tie-rod.

EFFECT: improved missile streamlining.
