FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction in the field of military affairs, namely to shelters, which protect against air attack, which can be used in engineering equipment of positions and areas of long-term deployment of troops to improve survivability and protection of personnel and special equipment. Invention represents a closed tubing fortification structure, where stationary complexes of automation and communication, movable control and communication facilities, autonomous power supply facilities, residential modules, life support modules are located. Elements of buried reclining control frame are made of units equipped with connectors for internal equipment and life support systems, on the diameter of the upper hemisphere of which the hydrophobic elastic-elastic radar absorbent composite material is rigidly fixed, which is reinforced in the upper part from the outer side by the heat-resistant ceramic material.
EFFECT: invention increases probability of hiding personnel and movements of special equipment from modern air and space reconnaissance means.
