FIELD: fire-fighting.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a fire-fighting and rescue water control air mobile complex including: a special container vehicle chassis with a crew cabin; a detachable platform with an all-purpose container for placing equipment: water-filled dams, fire-fighting equipment for filling the dams with water or supplying water from various water sources, including dams, when extinguishing fires; a manipulator crane for unloading the modules of water-filled dams and other fire-fighting and rescue operations; a platform removal system with a multilift container; a trailer container module for life support and rehabilitation of personnel both in the trailer itself and in the remote prefabricated structure, for placing a set of fire-fighting equipment, emergency rescue equipment, tools and inventory, and other equipment accounting for the specifics of emergency response. The versatility of containers is achieved by the possibility of equipment thereof with various fire-fighting and emergency rescue equipment in the absence of floods. To provide reconnaissance, monitoring of the hydrologic and fire hazard situation in the area, and transport personnel to service the equipment of the entire complex, a 5-seater reconnaissance vehicle with a 4×4 wheel arrangement improving the cross-country ability thereof is used in the proposed technical solution. A necessary condition for the air mobility of the complex is the possibility for loading and placement thereof in the cargo compartment of a transport plane, which is done implemented herein. The wide-body transport plane IL-76MD is taken as an example.
EFFECT: use of the air mobile complex will increase the efficiency of application of mobile fire-fighting and rescue and water control equipment due to the air mobility of the complex, quick delivery thereof to the emergency site for managing prolonged hazardous hydrologic phenomena, and further, extinguishing fires by expanding the range of equipment supplied therefor.
