FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for paint industry. Described is a composition for removing polymer lacquer coatings from external metal surfaces, comprising a methylene chloride solvent, a thickener, an evaporation retarder and a disintegrant, which additionally contains a co-solvent – acetone and a corrosion inhibitor – benzotriazole, as a disintegrator used is formic acid, as an evaporation retarder, paraffin is used, with the following ratio of components of the composition, wt %: methylene chloride from 77 to 80; formic acid from 7.0 to 8.0; paraffin 0.1 to 0.3; acetone from 10.0 to 12.0; thickener from 1.0 to 2.0; corrosion inhibitor – benzotriazole from 0.5 to 0.7.
EFFECT: technical result consists in low loss of specific weight of metal materials after use of composition, as well as high corrosion resistance of surface.
