SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a synergistic fungicidal mixture consisting essentially of a fungicidally effective amount of a compound of formula I, (3S,6S,7R,8R)-8-benzyl-3-(3-((isobutyryloxy)methoxy)-4-methoxypicolinamido)-6-methyl-4,9-dioxo-1,5-dioxonan-7-yl isobutyrate and at least one triazole fungicide, selected from a group consisting of tebuconazole, propiconazole, metconazole and cyproconazole, where formula I denotes compound

Mixture is additionally characterized by the following: (a) when the fungicide is tebuconazole, weight ratio of compound I to tebuconazole ranges from about 1:16 to about 60:1; (b) when the fungicide is propiconazole, weight ratio of compound I to propiconazole ranges from about 1:64 to about 64:1; (c) when the fungicide is metconazole, then weight ratio of compound I to metconazole ranges from approximately 1:4 to approximately 16:1; (d) when the fungicide is cyproconazole, weight ratio of compound I to cyproconazole ranges from approximately 1:16 to approximately 64:1. Invention also relates to a method of combating damage and preventing plant damage by fungi, wherein said method comprises applying a fungicidally effective amount of a compound of formula I and at least one triazole fungicide selected from a group consisting of tebuconazole, propiconazole, metconazole and cyproconazole, at least one plant, on soil used to support plant growth, on plant roots, on foliage plants and on seeds used for growing plants.
EFFECT: disclosed is a composition used to support plant growth, on plant roots, on foliage plants and on seeds used for growing plants.
