SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface treatment of aluminized steel sheet for hot pressing. Disclosed solution contains an aqueous dispersion of ZnO (A) and an organic resin (B) dispersible in water, wherein the aqueous dispersion of ZnO (A) contains water and ZnO particles having an average particle size of 10–300 nm, and the organic resin (B) dispersible in water has an average particle size of emulsion of 5–300 nm, and a weight ratio (WA/WB) of mass (WA) of the ZnO particles in an aqueous dispersion of ZnO to a weight (WB) of solid content in an organic resin dispersible in water ranges from 30/70 to 95/5. Aqueous dispersion of ZnO (A) contains at least one of an anionic dispersant and a non-ionic dispersant.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a solution for surface treatment, having excellent stability during storage, ensuring water impermeability, resistance to solvents and adhesion of coating with coated steel sheet after its surface treatment, as well as obtaining a coated steel sheet having excellent lubricating capacity during hot pressing, chemical convertibility after hot pressing, corrosion resistance after painting and welding by spot welding.
