SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to soil treatment machines with simultaneous addition of mineral fertilizers and ameliorants to arable horizon. Reclamation flat-cutting fertilizer comprises wedge-shaped stand, fertilizer tube mounted on its rear part, and in lower part of plowshole and vertical disk knife installed in alignment of post and before it. In the upper part above the wedge-like stand the cylindrical reservoir is installed on the elastic-elastic supports, and before it the high-pressure fan with the drive from the hydraulic motor is mounted. Elastic container elastic supports are connected to vibrator driven by fan shaft via belt transmission. Plowshares have fertilizer windows made rhombic and directed at an angle to the direction of movement. Pressure air pipeline of the high-pressure fan is equipped with a nozzle placed in the bottom of the cylindrical reservoir. In order to avoid clogging the soil, the fat-distributing windows have a shield.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase uniformity of distribution of fertilizers in arable layer of soil and to reduce traction resistance.
