FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: reclamation complex for intrasoil application of livestock waste contains a frame (1), a support wheel (2) for adjusting the depth of embedding, working bodies in the form of center hoes (3) mounted on racks, pipelines (6, 7 and 8) for supplying fertilizers, a vacuum pump (11) for supplying fertilizers with a drive mechanism and three containers (5, 14 and 18). The container (14) for liquid livestock waste is made in a trailed design, the containers (5 and 18) for a solution of mineral fertilizers and a solution of microfertilizers are located on the frame (1). All containers (5, 14 and 18) are equipped with mixing devices and pipelines (6, 7 and 8), which are connected to a flow mixer (9) with the ability to change the ratio in the supplied mixture of livestock waste, mineral fertilizers and microfertilizers. The vacuum pump (11) is driven by a cardan shaft (12), connected to the tractor power take-off shaft through a gearbox (13), and creates pressure for the flow of the mixture supplied through a protected pipeline (8) along the rear side of the racks and directed to the rear side of center hoes (3) to replaceable nozzles mounted on a threaded connection and placed on the back side of the center hoes (3) in one row. A curtain is installed above the nozzles, forming a volume of space for uniform spraying of the mixture flow, the edge of which is a straight line, equi-spaced from the nozzles at the shortest distance, and constituting at least 1/2 of the length of the torch, counting from the nozzle to the intersection with adjacent torches.
EFFECT: ensures uniform distribution of liquid livestock waste over the entire arable horizon, reduction of losses of nutrients due to reduced evaporation of ammonia nitrogen and its better assimilation by plants, reduction of environmental pollution, elimination of odor in comparison with the surface method of application, and increase in productivity.
