FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Complex fertilizer with boron is produced by the phosphate raw material nitric acid decomposition, part of the calcium nitrate separation from the decomposition solution, neutralizing the solution with ammonia, the neutralized solution evaporation, the potassium salt and the boron-containing additive addition to the melt and the finished product granulation. Neutralization of the nitro phosphate solution is carried out to the pH of 5.6–6.2, the boron-containing additive, in which a natural ground colemanite is used, is introduced into the melt just before granulation, which is carried out by the prilling method. Boron content in the fertilizer composition is maintained in the range of 0.1–1.5 % in terms of B2O3. Natural ground colemanite has a particle size of less than 1 mm and a moisture content of not more than 1 %. As the potassium salt the potassium chloride is used. Simultaneously with the boron-containing additive, sulfur and / or magnesium additives are added to the melt, for which the ammonium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, dolomite, oxide or magnesium hydroxide are used.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain the complex fertilizer with a low boron content in a water-soluble form, which ensures its best agrochemical properties due to the prolonged action of boron.
