FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engine building and can be used in production of mono-wheels used in rotors of gas turbine engines. Method comprises making hollow blades with formation of airfoil profile and locking part, process ring and disc, welding of blades with process ring to form bling, thereafter, the bling and the disc are machined to produce matched surfaces. Bling is assembled with the disc along the matched surfaces; vacuum is created in the cavity formed between them and sealed. Then pressure bling with disc is produced to form mono-wheel. Blades are subjected to thermal straightening and final machining of mono-wheel, including removal of process ring and formation of inter-blade space and path section. Welding of blades with process ring to form bling can be performed by electron-beam welding. Cavity formed by the combined surfaces of the bling and the disc can be scorched by argon-arc welding along the end surfaces of the bling and disc and create a vacuum in it with residual pressure of not more than 10-1 Pa, then sealed. Final welding of the bling with the disc can be performed in an autoclave at a temperature range Tpp – (50…60) °C, where Tpp is the temperature of the phase transition of material of blades, at welding pressure 3.0…5.0 MPa and welding time 2.0…4.0 hours. Vane thermal treatment can be performed in temperature range 600…650 °C for 1.0…2.0 hours. According to the invention, the blades and disc are made from titanium alloys BT6 and BT8, respectively.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows to reduce weight of mono-wheel and labor intensity of its manufacturing with simultaneous improvement of quality of welded mono-wheel; improving dynamic and cyclic strength of material of blades and disc in welding zone.
