Essence of the invention consists in that the sign display mechanism for the clock includes a first indicator element located under the mask and configured to stepwise about the axis, wherein the first indicator element is a carrier of a sequence of intertwining figures distributed along the annular path, a mask comprising a display region having a plurality of primary holes, figures intended for sequential appearance in primary holes as the first indicator element rotates, wherein primary holes are located so that in the display area at each moment in time only one figure appears, in said first indicator element secondary holes are punched, wherein said secondary holes are located so that to stop immediately under said primary holes as the first indicator element stepwise rotation, said indication mechanism includes a second indicator element at least partially overlapping with a first indicator element in the display region, a second indicator element is a pattern carrier comprising segments.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing the size of symbols.
