FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Coal-fired power plant with oxy-ignition boiler has a fuel combustion system configured to burn coal using an oxygen stream to produce a furnace gas stream, a CO2 collection system, connected to flue gas flow, and steam cycle with series-arranged low pressure heaters forming part of condensate system. Fuel combustion system comprises air separation unit for removal of N2 from air to produce oxygen flow for boiler. Air separation unit includes heat exchanger of air separation unit, which is thermally and hydraulically connected to condensate system so that to be hydraulically parallel to at least one series low-pressure heater and hydraulically parallel to at least one smaller number of successive low pressure heaters than their total number. Heat recovery system of flue gas, flue gas condenser and gas processing unit are thermally integrated into condensate system.
EFFECT: invention allows improving operating efficiency of a power plant.
