FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a composite material based on polyphenylene sulfone, used as superconstructive polymer material for additive 3D technologies. Method of producing the composite material involves preliminary drying mixture of 75–85 wt% polyphenylene sulphone and 10 wt% filler extruded and granulated. Further, the filled polyphenylene sulfone granulate is mixed with granules of polycarbonate used as a plasticiser. Then produced mixture is extruded. Polycarbonate is taken in amount of 5–15 wt%. Filler used is talc.
EFFECT: invention increases impact strength and modulus of elasticity of the composite material.
