System comprises a SSN associated with a server, the SSN comprising a computing device, a storage device and a network communication device, wherein storage device comprises agent module and dispatcher module, server comprises computing device, storage device and network communication device, wherein the server comprises an agent module, a dispatcher module and a SSN technical state data storage module, wherein the server agent module provides for detecting a data type corresponding to a SSN failure for the SSN function, performing classification of the received data by the operation misalignment type, generation of a report based on the performed classification based on the technical state of the SSN and based on the generated report initiating a procedure for eliminating technical violations in the operation of the SSN, including identification of the required action based on the classification of the technical state of the SSN, wherein the remote connection to the SSN is performed to eliminate a program error and / or to form an application for technical work for maintenance personnel.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automation of elimination of technical violations in SSN operation.
