SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and system for automatically crediting deposited funds in case of failures. Method includes the steps in which receive in the channel of the self-service device (SSD) user request to perform a transaction to receive funds, send a preliminary transactional request to a remote server to check the transaction parameters, including the user account identifier, receive a response from the server and save it to the SSD, initiate the reception of funds into SSD, fix the data of the received funds, transfer the data to the remote server, fix with the help of the SSD the occurrence of data sending failure to complete the transaction, save the transaction parameters in the SSD memory, activate the automatic transfer of funds, ensuring the execution of a transactional request without user participation on the basis of the user account identifier mentioned, automatically initiate a poll of the remote server SSD, when receiving a response from a remote server, the above-mentioned saved transaction parameters are transmitted to the server for its execution, the funds is credited to the specified user account.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automating the processing of transactional requests in case of failures in the channel of the self-service device.
