FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prefabrication of prefabricated articles (wall blocks, superstrip crosspieces and heat-insulating plates) from polystyrene concrete PSC of increased strength with minimum density and heat conductivity used in heat-insulating enclosing structures of buildings (external walls, heat-insulating coatings and floors). In the method for prefabrication of products from polystyrene concrete PSC of average density D150-D350 using polystyrene foamed granulated PFG, characterized by complex dimensionless quality index "n" within 1.5–1.75, mineral binder, complex additives - air-entraining and modifying and water, heated to temperature of not more than 70 °C, mixed in concrete mixers, with subsequent laying of mixture into molds and accelerated hardening of articles under load with pressure of not less than 30 g/cm2 in packaged thermoforms, for obtaining strength of PSC in the range from M2.5 to B1.5, a complex of additional technological methods (special technologies) is used, which include: Portland cementing agent used is (Rc) of not less than 45 MPa; use of PFG of optimized composition with relative volumetric content of PVG ϕ in range of 0.38-0.55 (in fractions of 1); preparation of PSC mixture in sealed concrete mixers of "Unicon-1500" or "Unicon-1200" types, which mix mixture under pressure of compressed air of not less than 3 atm; providing, during dosing and mixing, the PSC of a mixture of automatic monitoring and correction of content of components as per the computer program with deviation from the specified flow rates within ±0.5 wt. %; use for molding PSC articles of mixtures with mobility P2-P4 supplied from concrete mixer into mold by compressed air via flexible hose; hardening of deformed products without forced heat treatment under polyethylene film.

EFFECT: technical result is high strength at low heat conductivity of polystyrene concrete.
