FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a building material - polystyrene concrete, used for insulation of wallings of power-efficient buildings: external walls, coverings and ceilings. The problem herein is solved by the fact that it is proposed to use a raw composite mixture to produce non-combustible polystyrene concrete with a hardened density of at least 320 kg/m3, containing: a mineral binding agent - portland cement or portland slag cement with an activity of at least 45 MPa with a specific consumption in polystyrene concrete of at least 270 kg/m3; granulated expanded polystyrene - GEP with granules of an average density of no more than 15 kg/m3, produced by foaming self-extinguishing polystyrene with fire retardant additives, with a combustibility group of no more than B2; and a complex air-entraining fire retardant additive and water. GEP has a volume concentration in polystyrene concrete of 0.32 to 0.38, the raw mixture contains, as the described complex additive, modified sodium salt of lignosulphonates, a mixture of sodium salts of alkyl sulphuric acid and monosubstituted acidic sulphoester of ethoxylated fatty alcohols of the C10 to C16 series, polycarboxylate ether and water, at the following ratio, % wt.: modified sodium salt of lignosulphonates - 1.0 to 10.0; a mixture of sodium salts of alkyl sulphuric acid and monosubstituted acidic sulphoester of ethoxylated fatty alcohols of the C10 to C16 series - 0.2 to 6.0; polycarboxylate ether - 5.0 to 20.0; water the rest; at the following content of the components in the initial polystyrene concrete mixture, % wt.: mineral binding agent - 84 to 91; GEP - 1.2 to 1.7; modified complex additive - 0.12 to 4.50; water the rest.

EFFECT: purpose of the invention is production of a modified polystyrene concrete with non-combustible properties, complying with the regulatory requirements for strength, without increasing the cost.
