FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for use in fodder production for preparation of protein fodder. Method includes cleaning, extrusion of fragments of baskets, stems of sunflower and its seeds, cooling of product of oil crops processing to temperature of 30–36 °C, grinding, mixing with micronutrients at ratio of 1:50, cavitation dispersion in an aqueous solution until mixture temperature reaches 60–80 °C. In the process of implementing the method, a multimedia device is used to obtain an image of a heap of sunflower seeds coming for cleaning and after it has been removed from cleaning, which are subjected to computer processing with software Mathcad to determine quality of cleaning. When satisfying agrotechnical requirements for purity of sunflower seeds, they are supplied for extrusion to obtain cake. In case of non-compliance with agrotechnical requirements, their additional cleaning. Then the cake is milled into a finely dispersed state and its image is obtained using an additional multimedia device, which is supplied for computer processing with software Mathcad to determine compliance of sizes of obtained granules with zootechnical requirements for milled fodder. If milled cake disagreement with zootechnical requirements, it is sent for additional milling. After that the produced milled cake is mixed with nutrient microelements in amount of 1:50 in an aqueous solution at temperature of 30–40 °C is not less than 2 hours and the obtained suspension is subjected to cavitation dispersion. Ready fodder is immediately supplied to the animal for feeding.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce high-quality animal protein fodder.
