FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for preparation of animal protein fodder. Line comprises a container for enriching micronutrients, an extruder, a mixer, a container for storing and dispensing the finished feed, air-screen grain cleaning machine, under which a storage bin for oil product processing product is installed, an air conditioner and a grinder. Line also has a transport-feeding facility installed before the air-screen grain cleaning machine, at the input and output of which there are multimedia devices on top. Multimedia devices are designed to produce an image of a heap of sunflower seeds before and after cleaning and are communicated with a computer for mathematical processing of the obtained images. Air-screen grain cleaner has vessel for additional processing of material. Air conditioner is installed under the extruder, outlet of which is communicated with a grinder, under which there is a mixer connected to the container for micronutrients. Additional multimedia device connected to the computer is installed under the outlet hole of the grinder. Disperser is arranged above inlet of reservoir for storage and dispensing of finished feed.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance the produced protein fodder quality.
