FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of blades intended for operation in multi-bladed fans of aerodynamic tube or wind generators. Blade represents a prefabricated structure in form of profiled feather to be installed at fan or wind generator sleeve flap. Power element of the profiled blade feather is a spar made in the form of a composite conical tube, the root part of which is attached to the sleeve flap of the fan or wind generator. Spar of profiled blade feather provides the required angle of attack of the profiled blade feather. Blade feather is made from polymer composite materials. Spar is made of steel and polymer composite materials. Polymer composite materials included in the blade design ensure stability of geometrical sizes and constant weight of the blade operating under conditions of wet air flow.
EFFECT: blade design allows increasing service life.
