FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthesis gas by thermochemical treatment of vegetable and heavy hydrocarbon material. Method includes heating of heavy hydrocarbon material to 60–90 °C, milling vegetal raw material to particle size of not more than 200 mcm, pyrolysis of milled vegetal raw material at 500–800 °C to produce a first gas stream, a resin and a semi-coke, mixing the resin with the heavy hydrocarbon feed, dispersing the resin mixture with the heavy hydrocarbon feed in the presence of an aqueous suspension of soot and water to obtain a slurry, which is subjected to successive acoustic treatment with frequency of radiation of 21–25 kHz, radiation intensity of 5–10 W/cm², processing time of 1.0–3.0 hours and electromagnetic processing with radiation frequency of 40–60 MHz, power of 0.2–0.6 kW, treatment time of 1.0–8.0 hours at temperature of 50–70 °C to form a treated suspension. Then the suspension is supplied for gasification at 800–1,400 °C to produce a second gas stream and an aqueous suspension of carbon black directed to disperse a mixture of resin with heavy hydrocarbon material. Produced pyrolysis is dispersed in the presence of water to obtain a suspension and gasification of the obtained suspension to obtain a third stream of gas and an aqueous suspension of soot. Further, the first gas flow is mixed with the second and third gas streams after separating the aqueous suspension of soot and cleaning the formed gas mixture to obtain the target synthesis gas.

EFFECT: high ratio H₂:CO in synthesis gas with simultaneous reduction of soot formation.
