FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthesis gas by thermo-chemical treatment of combined raw material consisting of vegetable raw material and heavy hydrocarbon raw material, and can be used in industry (power engineering, petrochemistry) to produce desired synthesis products. Water with added amount of 0.25–2.0 mg/l of impurities is heated to temperature of 80–100 °C. After that, heated water with impurities is subjected to ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic field of 2,450 MHz, power 0.1–1.0 kW at pressure of 1.5–3.0 MPa, temperature of 80–100 °C for 10–90 s. Method comprises grinding vegetal raw material biomass to average particle size of not more than 200 mcm. Then, ground biomass is mixed with water with impurities, subjected to electromagnetic treatment, and heavy hydrocarbon raw material with subsequent homogenisation and obtaining mixture containing wt%: biomass of vegetal raw material 40–60, heavy hydrocarbon raw material 20–30, water with impurities, subjected to electromagnetic treatment – balance (up to 100). Gasification of said mixture is then carried out at 700–800 °C, cooling of gasification products with gas release and purification of the latter to produce the target synthesis gas. Impurities selected from iron (III) chloride – FeCl3, iron (III) oxide – Fe2O3, iron (III) hydroxide - Fe(OH)3, an intracomplex compound of the phenolic Schiff base and Fe3+.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in intensification of the gasification process by using water with impurities and its corresponding treatment with an electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency.
