FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for absorption of electromagnetic waves and designs of absorbers, can be used for creation of screens and panels, to reduce infrared and radar visibility of objects, in particular to use of absorbing and insulating materials to reduce reflection of radar signals and amount of emitted infrared radiation from objects. Device comprises structural elements, limiting device thickness, made in form of dielectric grid, forming cells, dimensions of which are selected from condition λ/4≤a, b, h≤λ, where a is cell length, b is cell width, h is cell height, λ is wavelength of electromagnetic radiation. Grid cell is covered with radar absorbent material in polymer binder and finely dispersed graphite absorber with surface density ρg=3…6 mg/cm2, taken in ratio of components by dry residue of 1:1, grid base is coated with heat-reflecting material, and cells are filled with heat-insulating material.
EFFECT: improved stability of characteristics of the attenuation coefficient of the radar signal and improved heat-insulating properties of the device for protection against electromagnetic radiation.
