SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrahigh frequencies (microwave) technology and serves to absorb parasitic microwave radiation from the elements of microwave nodes, including when operating equipment in outer space in a wide temperature range. The expected result is achieved by the fact that a planar microwave absorbing structure is proposed, which includes an absorber in the form of a dielectric plate with a metal layer, includes an absorber, which is a resistive layer located on the surface of the dielectric plate, with a specific surface resistance [Ohms], where W is the wave resistance of the surrounding space [Ohms], when in this case, the resistive layer is electrically connected to the metal layer by holes that are metallized and/or with a surface covered with a resistive layer.
EFFECT: simplification and improvement of the manufacturability of the equipment while ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of the elements of the microwave units of the equipment.
