FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in production of stone blocks. Method of separating stone blocks from an array involves mechanical drilling of blast holes by perforators along a longitudinal split line with a large pitch, and along a split end line – with a smaller pitch. Laser instruments are positioned above drilled perforator blas tholes to form stress concentration zones by cutting lengthwise slit and end slit with laser instruments. Boreholes of longitudinal split line with lengthwise slot cut by laser device are filled with electroconductive solution through tubes supplied to holes of blast holes by means of drive from container. After the tube is filled, the electrodes installed on the lifting console and positioned above the blast hole holes are lowered into the bore pits by means of hydraulic cylinders, pulse electric discharge is supplied to the electrodes, electrodes impact the array with shock waves to separate the stone block from the massif. Control of processes of mechanical drilling, cutting of longitudinal slots and end slots with laser instruments, separation of stone block from massif by shock waves, by supply of electric discharge to electrodes, is carried out by automatic control system connected to power unit, hydraulic system, laser radiation generation system located on frame complex.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency, reliability and expansion of technological efficiency of separation of stone blocks from massif.
