FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to develop deposits of valuable mineral raw materials, composed of strong rocks and including thin steeply dipping ore veins. The combined mining method includes setting the mining machine to its original position, positioning the diamond cutting discs at the angle of incidence of a thin ore vein, moving the mining machine as the diamond cutting discs form leading slots along the sides of the thin ore vein. The formation of a cut excavation to the estimated depth, drilling and loading of holes, blasting of the near-contour array is carried out. The diamond cutting discs are lifted by turning the beam with a hydraulic cylinder, while the beam contains a chain drive drive for the diamond cutting discs. The detachment of a part of a thin ore vein is carried out by an elastic hydraulic jack placed in a leading gap. The horizontal positioning of the elastic hydraulic jack is carried out by means of a hydraulic cylinder, and the vertical positioning is carried out by means of a swivel bracket mounted on the frame and controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. Synchronization of the functioning of diamond cutting discs and an elastic hydraulic jack is carried out by means of an automated control system.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and reducing the energy intensity of work due to a decrease in the number of slots cut by diamond cutting discs, increasing the reliability and durability of mining equipment by reducing loads by creating a thrust with an elastic hydraulic jack on the walls of the advanced slot.
