Plant includes a reactor, a pipeline for feeding initial reagents into the reactor, a first inlet for providing a first initial reagent A, second input for providing second initial reagent B, third input for providing circulating gas G, a temperature control unit for tempering a first feed reagent A and/or a second feed reagent B and/or circulating gas G before entering the reactor, wherein temperature control unit is a heat exchanger configured to operate as a preheater or cooler, fourth input for supply of process steam D to temperature control unit, having valve V₁, fifth input for supply of cold condensate K to temperature control unit, having valve V₂, outlet for products, by-products and/or unreacted initial reagents of gas-phase reaction and the second outlet for condensate K or hot condensate of NF, which comes out of temperature control unit.
