DRILLING TUNNEL-BORING DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR HYDRAULIC REMOVAL OF DRILLING FINES, AS WELL AS SYSTEM FOR CREATION OF STABLE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE OF DRILLING FLUID IN AREA OF ROTOR DISC OF DRILLING TUNNEL-BORING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21D9/13

Abstract RU 2689100 C1

FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drill-hole tunneling device for constructing a drilling hole from an initial point to a final point in a soil along a given drilling line by moving a drilling tunnel-tunneling device for tunnel construction or for laying a pipeline in soil, having a drilling tool for separating soil, at least one feeder pipeline for supply of drilling fluid to drilling tool, at least, one located on the back side of the drilling tool, to accommodate the separated form of drilling fines, wherein the drilling tool region and at least one portion are substantially filled with drilling fluid, and in the area of the drilling tool and within at least one portion, drilling fluid is provided with pressure corresponding substantially to pressure in the soil on the working face chest, at least one pump for removal of drilling fluid mixed with drilling fluid from the section, at least one discharge pipeline for removal of drilling fluid mixed with drilling fine material from the drilling hole, which is connected to pressure side of at least one pump, and wherein at least one pump is connected to at least one section through at least one suction pipeline. At that, it is provided that the pump is a jet pump which is connected to the displacement fluid pipeline, through which the displacement liquid is supplied to the jet pump, that at least one pump is located outside of at least one section, and that at least in one suction pipeline at least one shut-off valve is provided, by means of which the suction pipeline is shut off.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of tunnel tunneling device and system, by means of which it is possible to maintain constant pressure of drilling fluid on bottomhole.
